CFC Certification.
Must have own tools.
Your own transportation with a clean license.
High School Diploma.
Motivation to do a good job and be a team player.
On Call rotation with other staff.
Carpentry skills.
Carpeting, Tile Flooring, and Tile Back-Splash.
Minor roof repairs.
Door replacement.
Plumbing (Toilet, Sink Faucets, Washer Box, etc.)
Electrical (Fans, Ceiling lights, Water Heater hook-ups, etc.)
