Automotive Repair Center is in need of a Customer Server Person.
1. We are open 6 days a week and we are looking for someone to work 25 to 45 hours and work a 5 day work week.
2. The hours that we are open are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday and we closed at 4:00PM on Saturdays.
3. The Customer Service Writer must have great phone skills.
4. One must be able to work with the customers, shop manager, and the mechanics.
5. The candidate does not have to know the automotive repair business, but it would be a big plus.
6. We are looking for one that is goal oriented.
7. This person must have people skills and like interacting with the public.
. Requirements
- Must have an automotive drivers license
- Must have positive attitude, integrity and strong work ethic
- Must have sales experience and strong CSI focus
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to attend and participate in training opportunities (company paid) and read service publications
