The Medical Surgical Unit Nurse Manager will plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operation of the departmental oversight in accordance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include, working collaboratively with the Director to manage and conduct performance improvement activities planning, directing, implementing, supervising and evaluating all aspects of the department patient care and operations. Nursing license is required, with progressive hospital acute care experience and leadership.
