Local apartment community in search of a Service Technician. Work hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and on call as necessary. Must be a TEAM player!
The ideal candidate will have experience performing walk-through inspections of vacated apartment units, completing resident repair requests, maintaining after hours and emergency on-call coverage and service and maintaining time and production records. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Maintenance position. An EPA Universal and/or HVAC Universal certification is required, and a CPO certification is preferred.
