We are seeking for hard working individuals with cleaning experiences.
Living in Spring Lake or near by is preferable
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly conditions
Sweep and mop floors areas
Trash removal, replacing liners and disposal
Clean trash cans lids
Vacuum designates carpeted areas
General dusting
Dusting and polish furniture and equipment
Polish mirrors
Cleaning restrooms
Dusting blinds and windows seal
Baseboards and corners
Clean back and front of doors
Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soup and others supplies
Organize custodial closet and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Other basic cleaning duties
Report any needed repairs immediate
This job requires great attention to detail and consistency
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Previous cleaning experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred
Background check required
Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $9.00to $9.50/hour
