Roadmaster Drivers School of Dunn, NC has an opening for a Full-Time Grounds Maintenance Position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sweeping, mopping, and stocking restrooms daily.
Sweeping hard floors and daily.
Vacuuming carpets as needed.
Emptying and washing out trash cans (both inside and outside the building) on a regular basis.
Keeping an inventory of cleaning supplies and other materials required for the job.
Stocking breakrooms
Light maintenance work
Yard maintenance, cut grass, clean up grounds, etc.
Snow removal from walks/parking lot
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Must be professional, upbeat, take initiative
Good time management skills and ability to complete work in a timely and thorough manner.
Works well in a team environment
Dependable/On time
Organized
Working knowledge of power tools, landscaping equipment, cleaning solutions, and paint, and uses these tools safely and effectively.
Grounds maintenance experience preferred
