We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable person with strong attention to detail to run the admin side of our business. Your job will include:
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Managing client workflow
Discuss with clients
Billing and organizing client information
Ensure we have all essential office supplies
Able to make copies/scan
Some light cleaning/organizing when needed (We have a cleaning service, but sometimes clients make a mess and need to clean up)
Must be live in the Sandhills and personally own a vehicle. We are not accepting applications from surrounding areas such as Fayetteville, Laurinburg, etc.
It is required you have a basic understanding of computers, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and are friendly.
