Growing truck dealership in Clinton, NC looking for a team member to:
Greet customers in a cordial, professional manner
Answer Phone calls throughout the work shift
Enter and extract information in a computer business system
Use email and other computer databases required for daily operations
Follow status of Department work to ensure timely completion
Schedule and assign work to ensure optimum balance of quality, productivity, and profitability throughout work shift.
Applicant must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly the status of repairs needed and the repairs being performed to the customer throughout the work shift on a daily basis.
Salary commensurate with experience. Advancement opportunities could be available in the future for the right candidate.
Hours: 10a-7p, M-F
