Local real estate company is seeking an experienced property manager to join our team. We manage both commercial and residential properties. Candidate must possess a North Carolina real estate brokers license and have 2 years or more property management experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Negotiate all contracts with tenants and owners
Process and review all rental applications
Establish rental rates after completing market analyses
Market properties by advertising all vacancies and assisting in showing units as needed
Manage all properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, and coordinating with maintenance on inspections and repairs
Process tenant move ins and move outs
Monitor and process late notices; prepare all paperwork and complete eviction process when necessary
Maintain customer communication thru emails, phone calls or regular mail
Supervise & assist administrative assistant as needed
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
