Our client in Ft. Bragg, NC is looking for a Administrator to join their team! This is a 6 month contract to hire. Minimum of an Sec+ and Active Secret required with eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI.

Responsible for the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of personal computers, devices and related IT equipment. Establishes and maintains configuration baseline for and desktop configurations to include patches, IAVA, operating systems, Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) and in house applications. Utilize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager () and Active Directory to troubleshoot and deploy images. Test, build and deploy solutions based on customer requirements. Requests vendor quotes for hardware, resolves incidents and acts as an interface between internal and external customers. Works with other IT professionals as directed to coordinate efforts, troubleshooting peripheral and hardware issues, resolve cross-team issues, communicates, and track changes for classified, unclassified, and special communications networks.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS, 5+ years experience

Knowledge; Skills and Abilities

  • MS 7/8/10 Operating System or later
  • / / / experience
  • Microsoft Office / Outlook 2016 or later
  • Proficient in configuration and management of devices, such as tablets and phones ( / )
  • Experience with MS Systems Center Service Manager 2016 () to include experience with Operating Systems Deployments (OSD)
  • Experience with Management Solutions ( , , )
  • Experience with technologies
  • DoD 8570 compliant for IAT Level II
  • Good communications skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow through
  • Detail oriented and organized
