Forklift and Material Handling Equipment Service Mechanics : Repair forklifts, scissorlifts, pallet jacks and other equipment used in material handling. Perform scheduled maintenance, such as oil changing and lubricating equipment. Diagnose and identify malfunctions, using tools and equipment. Inspect, repair and replace defective or worn parts, such as bearings, pistons and gears. Overhaul and test major components, such as engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
Requirements: Full time- 40 hrs. week- have own tools, valid transportation, requires mechanical experience, must be able to lift 40 - 60lbs, bend, stoop, squat. Must be able to safely drive lift trucks, training will be provided.
