We are currently in search of a full-time dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team!

The CSR is the most important role in our company. You are the first person our customers will speak to, having a HUGE impact on their first impression of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

1. The main job responsibility of our CSR is to professionally answer inbound calls and convert those calls into a service call.

2. Schedule the service calls using company provided scripts.

3. Accurately record customer information such as first and last name, phone number, address, email address, how they heard about us, billing address and business info if Commercial. Repeat and confirm info with customer.

4. Maintain customer satisfaction by listening and building a relationship with them.

5. Handle customer concerns in a timely fashion.

6. Always keep customers in the line of communication. Notify customers when we are running behind or if we need to reschedule for any reason.

7. Schedule based on urgency and priority.

8. Monitor the schedule making sure the technician is fully prepared for the upcoming jobs.

9. Communicate with Apprentices to ensure they are aware of who they will be with the next day.

10. Block off Employee Time Off Requests and Holidays in the schedule.

11. Schedule technician and apprentices' Monthly one-on-ones with the Owner/Service Manager.

12. Over-communicate as you are the direct line of communication from our customers to our technicians.

13. Other tasks such as cleaning the office and other administrative duties will apply.

Vacation Time: 1 week after 1 year of Employment, 2 weeks after 3 years of employment, and 3 weeks after 5 years.
