We are a local transportation company that is looking for experienced Customer Care Representatives for overnight weekend shifts (Friday & Saturday). Excellent opportunity to join a growing company.
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
*Must have at least 2 years call center experience.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*High level of detail and ability to multi-task
*Confidence to make timely decisions to meet the customer demands
*Superior customer service skills
*Must have knowledge of the Greensboro Area
*Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work two (2) weekends per month.
*Must be able to type 40 WPM and be proficient in Microsoft Office
Shift Differential Pay for Weekends!!!!
This job requires data entry and answering incoming phone calls in a faced-paced environment. The candidate must be able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment, speak clearly and be able to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
