LOCATION: Retina and Diabetic Eye Center, RDC-Retina and Diabetic CenterCITY: GreensboroJOB DETAILS: Exempt: No | FTE: 0.9 (36 hours/week) | Schedule: M-Th 8-5 Friday 8-12 | On Call: NOJOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for obtaining authorizations for procedures performed in the office setting, processing incoming/outgoing referrals, scanning, verifying patient account balances, current and aged, and will be the lead appointment scheduler. This position will also assist the front office as a floater and the Clinic Patient Account and HIM specialists as needed.EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE: Preferred: 1 year experience in a medical officeCone Health is an equal opportunity employer.
