job summary:
We have a 3 month renewable contract for a Data Analyst with a client of ours in Greensboro, NC. Data Analyst
Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently.
Helps to Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions.
Works with main clients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements.
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of analytical concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks - some administrative.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Will report to a procurement manager
Works well in Excel, PowerPoint, managing Outlook Calendars. Willing to learn SAP/Ariba.
Other notes:
Hoping to start this resource in mid-January. Seeking a junior analyst that can be engaged with projects and number crunching. Procurement experience is a plus but not required. Open to 100% remote for the right candidate, but preference is a local candidate that could work onsite after all workers return to the site.
