A National Facility Maintenance Company has new opportunities with bank branch business and in search of experienced commercial cleaning Sub-Contractor business partners to provide janitorial cleaning service the branches. Sub-Contractors must have facility maintenance experience and a résumé preferred. To be considered for the opportunity we must have the following: The name of the business, references, a Certificate of Insurance with General Liability and Worker’s Compensation coverage, a W-9 and Federal Tax ID information paperwork. Sub-Contractors are required to complete and sign an I-9 Affidavit, an NDA and sign a Sub-Contractor agreement upon partnership.
