Certified Medical Assistant
Carrboro Family Medicine Center, P.A. Carrboro, NC, is seeking an experienced, Certified Medical Assistant
The position entails a variety of outpatient clinical skills including but are not limited to:
Obtaining vital signs; EKGs; performing injections (vaccines and medications); chief complaint and list current medications; simple lab test (urinalysis, strep test, blood glucose, etc.); assisting provider(s) in minor surgical procedures and pelvic exams; taking phone messages, answering patient calls and calling in prescriptions for providers when needed.
fast-paced medical office, the ability to multi-task and work closely with others is very important. Great working environment , benefits after probationary period. EHR experience is preferred.
