Min 3 - 5 years Similar trade, craftsmanship tradesman below.
You need to be able to do this type of work! Outdoors Construction, helping build something from ground up!
Can Work in all Weather Conditions: Summer's Heat, Rainy Days to a point, Winter cold etc.

Real Earth Hard-Scaping type Landscaping Mowing lawns don't qualify sorry.
Tree Work Clearing
Block Masonry, Concrete Pouring
Form Construction
Roofing & Siding
Framing & Decking, Fencing.

You are aware of what a fair days work outside in element involve.
We are building something from scratch. You get little dirty you get sweetie.
And you understand thing's need to get do.
Job Position General Description:
Pref or really really need to be around Five/10 or taller and good shape . In order to operate various machine auger equipment. Got to put muscle to it!
This takes 2-4 hrs at the beginning of a project & is a shared process 2 guys when necessary.
To operate various post hole Auger Equipment ( like tow behind Yellow Ground Hog and single auger commonly available at rental centers.
Good with:
Framing Nail Guns Circular saw, Chain saws Leveling to a Plum String and Common Math Skills Read a Tape well Ware a tool belt w/ hammer & tape measure.
Not afread of a shovel & post hole digger.
Some hand digging especially when you do not drill the post hole correctly ( we try to keep this at a min by drilling hole with the various machine auger.
Help Loading Unload & Caring materials 4x4 posts, bags of concrete, fence pickets etc into the yard to location along the fence line for installation.
If you have the above qualities we can basic train you the rest to learn New Trade!
You will have to go through a starting trail period usually of 1-3 project in order to evaluate your skill level and performance.
