Southern Exposure is hiring! We are looking for individuals who have experience in the landscaping and hardscaping fields.
Foreman Requirements:
- Leading a crew on jobs from patios, walkways, retaining walls, to plants, drainage, sod installation, and much more
- Ability to read and comprehend landscape design/plans
- Operate Heavy Equipment including skid steers, track loaders, and compactors
- Ability to communicate with Homeowners & Crew members in a respectful manner
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of plant material and proper planting techniques.
- Must be able to lead a crew of 1 to 2 other members
- Flexibility in work schedule (willing to work Saturdays)
Crew Member Requirements:
- Experience in hardscaping and/or landscaping field.
- Perform highly physical work on a daily basis and must be able to lift 60lbs or more.
- Experience in operating heavy machinery including bobcats.
