Machine Operators Come work on the #1 Retread tires made in America with Staff Management! Staff Management | SMX has immediate openings as Machine Operators in Asheboro! We are looking for hardworking, dedicated applicants to use our high tech machines to trim and flash excess rubber from the molded treads, and to inspect the product for the top quality brand we strive for! Day and Night shifts available from 7 to 7!Job Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator associate, you work with, and around, moving mechanical parts throughout the facility, as well as load and unload the assigned presses. Noise levels can vary, and can become a very loud environment. With all of our employees burning rubber to get the best quality, it can get pretty hot, so be prepared! We do require you to lift on a continual basis, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and sometimes crouch, so we push the importance of stretching during shifts.
To work with us, we need you to have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. We need employees who are able to work a seven-day rotating schedule, including some weekends, as well as work a 12-hour shift.
