The person selected for this Full-Time position will inspect and install closed crawl space systems. Some of the tasks involved in these systems include, sealing foundation vents, installing sump pumps, dehumidifiers, rigid foam insulation, polyethylene liner, sealing the seams with tape, removal of old insulation, fungal treatments and more. Experience not required, but construction, mechanical or pest control related experience is a plus.
Must be able to pass a drug test, have a clean background, and have a valid NC driver's license (with a good driving record). Will require crawling and spending extended amounts of time in crawlspaces. Also, perform related labor duties as directed by management personnel.
