Hiring for Multiple Positions
Folding is NOT as easy as it sounds - folding is by far the most challenging position therefore the compensation for it is the highest out of these positions
- folders WILL be required to keep up with the shirts coming out of our conveyor dryer.
- folders will also be responsible for organizing folded shirts and keeping counts by each size
- folders WILL be required to lift 50 lb boxes onto the pallets
- keeping the work order updated at all times
Compensation will begin at $9.50 but once we feel you are meeting expectations, we will bump you up to $11/hr
Unloader
-majority of the position will be taking shirts off of a moving automatic press.
No experience is necessary but will train only the right individual
other tasks will include assisting the lead printer trouble shooting screens, cleaning screens, adding ink and most importantly, QUALITY CONTROL (must have a keen eye for detail)
-setting up and lifting shirts onto table for next jobs/designs
-must be able to lift 50lbs!
This position will begin at $9/hr. Some room for growth once trained.
Warehouse Assistant
-moving pallets from point A of warehouse to point B of warehouse in timely manners
-setting up jobs for print leads based on work orders
BASIC MATH WILL BE REQUIRED - especially dealing with increments of 12
-assisting print leads
-Receiving LARGE shipments
-must be comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly
-position will begin at $10/hr with room for growth
