Write A Book Foundation is a new organization based in North Carolina. Our mission is to help people use expressive writing as a therapeutic and personal development tool. We have done a few workshops to validate need for our therapeutic writing services and wish to expand that first in North Carolina, and eventually nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced grant writer (independent contractor) who can assist with the following:
1. Program evaluations
2. Capacity building
3. Grant research and writing
Hours would be 5-7 per week. Pay: $14 - $16/hour.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has an existing relationship with potential donors in North Carolina.
