American Water Damage of Charlotte is currently looking for full-time, experienced OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR. Who ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person and online, via telephone/email. Must be dependable, driven, team player & interested in working for a fast growing company.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accounts receivable/payable
Scheduling
Answering phones
Daily contact with clients
Microsoft proficiency (word, excel, etc)
QuickBooks
Any/all other job duties assigned but not listed
Requirements:
Must have high school diploma/GED
Dependable transportation/ Valid Drivers license
Must pass criminal background check
