ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Associate adopts a consultative selling approach based on understanding guests' wants and needs and providing solutions that effectively address those requirements. This individual is viewed as an approachable, patient, and trusted advisor with deep knowledge of the vehicles. Guests sense that our Product Specialist seeks to go above-and-beyond to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Seeks to “wow” our guests at every opportunity
Attends all required CFSE training and is certified in the material
Effectively utilizes the CFSE material trained
Meets or exceeds all Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Scheduled and completed task at 90%+ (follow up calls, emails & text)
Schedules daily appointments
Inputs guest information into E-Leads/Deal Builder 100% of the time and utilizes E-Leads/Deal Builder to schedule tasks, follow-up, and manage guest database
Safeguards all guests' non-public and private information i.e. credit card info, driver's license
Secures vehicle keys by utilizing the key track system. Never leave keys unattended
Follows dealership procedures to obtain proper identification from guest prior to demo
Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes," and special requests to be sure that all guest expectations are met
Ensures that the variable operations manager has an opportunity to meet each guest
Presents all optional equipment available for guest purchase
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
