We are looking for Equipment/Furniture Movers for a local Photography & Videography Studio.
Job Requirements:
Perform load-in & out of production equipment, move furniture, and assist crew as needed. Must be able to move up to 75lbs.
More information:
1. W9 – All contractors must fill out a W9 for tax purposes.
2. All movers will be texted/e-mailed prior to a job as to whether they can work it or not. A confirmation text needs to be sent whether you can work or not. We will do their best to give as much notice as possible.
3. Meals & Breaks – Normal lunch hours are usually an hour with (2) 15-minute breaks; however, depending on the production schedule this could be different depending on the shoot. The lead person will let you know if this is different the day of the shoot. If you are on a shoot a full day, then most likely lunch will be provided.
4. Cellphone/Texting – Absolutely no phone calls and/or texting during work hours with the exception of lunch and breaks.
5. Attire – Comfortable & Safe work clothing will be needed. Clothing should never include profane language or statements that promote politics, religion, sexuality, race, age, gender or ethnicity.
6. Payment – Checks are always written on Friday at the end of the week.
7. Masks – Due to COVID regulations you may or may not be required to wear a mask. Our Studio follows the government instated guidelines so please make sure you always have a mask available.
8. Drug & Alcohol Abuse – We are committed to maintaining a workplace free of substance abuse. No one working is allowed to consume, possess, sell, purchase, or be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs during production hours.
9. Smoking – Elements is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the workplace.
