Dixon Custom Cabinetry, LLC is a privately-owned and operated business serving the Triad area in North Carolina since 1969. We manufacture beautiful, quality, handcrafted cabinets and built-ins. We are looking for positive, self-motivated and customer oriented employees for Cabinetry Installer positions. Individuals must have hands-on experience in the cabinetry or furniture industry.
We are looking for a trainable and reliable candidate that is positive, self-motivated and goal oriented. This individual must be very dependable and above all, your punctuality is a must.
The work-day STARTS at 6 AM. You must have reliable transportation.
If you are not a morning person this position is probably NOT for you.
The following position is now open and available for your consideration:
Cabinetry Installer 1st Shift (6AM 5PM)
The candidate for this position will be required to rapidly learn company-specific techniques and methods of cabinet installation, and after doing so must be able to successfully perform ALL aspects of the cabinet installation process.
Our standard work week is 40 hours, but overtime hours will occasionally be required.
Installer position requires at least 5 years experience of working in a fast-paced cabinetry installation environment, or possess similar/equivalent skills.
Vast Knowledge of trim work is required.
Management skills are preferred and good customer service skills are required.
A working knowledge of the English language is required, and persons with bilingual skills (Spanish) are welcome.
Must have a valid Social Security Number
You MUST have a valid and current NC driver's license with a clean driving record.
You MUST be able and comfortable with driving box trucks of various sizes.
