NOW HIRING: HVAC TECHNICIANS & HVAC HELPERS
We’re looking for dependable, skilled commercial/industrial HVAC workers for a 2 to 3-month project running through the summer season (until approx. August). This is local work—not a travel job—and candidates must meet at the shop daily.
Scope of Work Includes:
️ Running copper line sets for mini splits & split systems (small to large)
️ Brazing, soldering, and refrigerant handling
️ Low & high voltage wiring
️ Drain lines, field-installed accessories, airflow readings
️ Troubleshooting & interpreting blueprints
️ Pre-checkouts, start-up processes, and full install support
What You Need:
-HVAC Techs: Must be capable of performing all duties listed above with minimal supervision
-HVAC Helpers: Must have basic experience, be ready to learn, and support techs on-site
-Driver’s license & clean driving record required
-Drug test & background check required
Must meet at shop daily and ride with crew to site
Must be professional—multiple interviews may be required
Compensation:
HVAC Service Techs: $26–$30/hr
HVAC Helpers: $20–$24/hr
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (2–3 months)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (7:00 AM–5:00 PM), occasional OT on Fridays & Saturdays
