We are family owned and operated, progressive, rapidly growing HVAC company that provides high quality residential and light commercial sales, service, and installation of HVAC parts and equipment to the greater Triad area and beyond. Located in Browns Summit, NC, we are currently seeking positive, forward thinking, skilled, and experienced individuals to become a part of our expanding family.
INSTALL TECHNICIANS
Desired Qualities and/or Requirements: Candidates must hold our customers satisfaction as their top priority. The ideal individual will conduct business based on honesty and integrity, with both the companys and the customers best interest in mind, all while having fun, continuing education, and improving lives. Two years experience or equivalent is required for this position. One must be proficient in the understanding of refrigerant usage, gas & electrical components on all units, including straight AC units, air handlers, heat pumps, furnaces, mini splits, and duct work. One must be able to uninstall old and install new equipment in its entirety professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Knowledge of restaurant refrigeration a plus. One must present and carry themselves, always, as professional, knowledgeable and respectable. Dispatch from office every day required reliable transportation required until vehicle assigned. Must be able to actively train and mentor Installation helper. Must keep company vehicle clean and organized. EPA certification required. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must be willing to work more hours during extreme weather seasons. Must be able to verify work history as a Lead Installation Technician.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN

The ideal individual will conduct business based on honesty and integrity, with both the companys and the customers best interest in mind, all while having fun, continuing their education, and improving their lives. Three years experience or equivalent is required for this position. One must be proficient in the understanding of refrigerant usage, gas & electrical components on all units, including straight AC units, air handlers, heat pumps, furnaces, mini splits, and duct work. Knowledge of restaurant refrigeration a plus. One must be able to diagnose any/all issues with a unit. EPA certification required. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Rotating after hours and weekend work required, with prompt and efficient response to after-hours requests. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must be willing to work more hours during extreme weather seasons.
HELPERS
Must be willing to follow direction. Show up to work with a desire to learn a trade and provide own hand tools.
All positions require a valid drivers license.
