We are looking for Install Technicians and Helpers with great attitudes and a desire to be the best. As we all know HVAC is a tough but rewarding field to be in. We care about neatness and mechanical function and dial it down to a science. An Install technician we would be looking for is not only someone that cares but has the knowledge to do the right thing. We are willing to hire with little experience however must have a Hungry Attitude. Candidates should have a Valid Drivers Licence and the ability to show up on time daily. Weekends are optional however there may be times where you are required to work after hours. Candidates who are striving to make a great name for themselves and the company are strongly desired. Requirements/Responsibility's
Must be a Team Player and Goal oriented.
Must pass Background test.
Must follow direction and Report anything Concerning to Supervisor.
Must have a Valid Drivers Licence
Must Always put Customer first.
Must Be professional and always maintain the highest standards while interacting with customers.
Ability to perform change outs from start to finish on all residential and light commercial equip.
Ability to troubleshoot issues if any from start to finish. (we have your back you can call any of us at any time for questions)
May Have to work Late on occasions however very seldom does it come to that.
Ability to fill out all paperwork Clearly and in a timely manner.
Basic Hand Tools for Installing and Repairing HVAC equipment.
EPA Certification and Nate Certification Desired however we are willing to work with you to acquire.
Must be Drug Free and Never come to work under the influence.
