We are Contracted service provider for FedEx Ground. We are now hiring a full time FedEx Home Delivery and Ground Route Driver. The terminal is located in Kernersville NC. Routes are Rural and run about 90 stops a day. You will be working hard in a fast paced setting. You must be motivated and a have a sense of urgency.
Ground route is Mon thru Friday with some Saturdays required.
This is a very physical job. Common sense and a sense of urgency required.
This job entails loading at the terminal each morning and then making numerous delivery stops on an assigned route.You will be compensated while receiving training in the proper delivery procedures and route familiarity.

Must have a great cell phone plan and the ability to download the Road Warrior app. Cell phone service will be required at all times. Boost mobile, cricket, ext will not work. AT and T or Verizon only.
If you dont have a good plan this job isnt going to be work for you.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Must pass a physical, drug screening and background check.
Must obtain and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 36 months.
Must have a valid NC Driver's License.
Must have 1 year within the past 3 years or 5 years in the past 10 years of verified experience as a full time driver
(ie. taxi driver, Uber/Lyft driver, pizza driver, FedEx driver, etc.)
Must not have more than 1 accident in the previous 36 months.
Must be able to get in and out of vehicle multiple times per day.
Be able to lift 70+ lbs.
Does NOT require CDL license
