The following are the schedules that are available.
1- Monday - Friday (4 days) and Sat - 9-5 **This shift includes working Saturdays. There is not an option to have this shift and not work Saturdays. The employee does however get a day through the week off. It is either a Wed, Thurs or Friday depending on how many other Saturday agents have those days off. The day off is consistent and cannot be changed from week to week.
2- Monday - Friday 10-6:30
3-. Monday - Friday 11-7:30
4- Monday - Friday 12:30-9
Must have customer service (call center) experience.
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must have a clean background.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Must be dependable.
