We are looking for a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented individual. Must have experience in a high volume restaurant. Must have at least 3 years of kitchen experience and 1 year of shift leader experience or more. Salary negotiable based on experience and initial trial period.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading cooks in providing quality & timely food.
- Must have an upbeat attitude and a strong attention to detail.
- Keeping a close eye and careful compliance with health code regulations, including thorough staff training.
- Ensuring organization and maintenance of products, supplies, & equipment
- Overseeing day-to-day food production to ensure quality, portion control, and speed are consistently achieved
- Helping with ordering and scheduling.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
