The Restaurant Manager handles the day-to-day organization of running the store and focuses on customer service, quality product, leadership, staff development, employee morale and store security.

Store Manager Opportunities and Benefits:
30-36k per year
+ Monthly performance based bonus!
Advancement to store manager
70% of store managers have been promoted from assistant managers

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:
Day-to-day operation of the store
Leader in Customer Service
Ability to lead 23-30 crew members
Able to create the perfect product
Manage food and labor costs
Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
Employee Scheduling
Resolve tough issues internally and with customers
Valid Driver's License
Proof of Liability Insurance
Basic Math Skills
18+ Years old
Hours: 45+/- per week
