Coach's Neighborhood Grill is looking for experienced District Managers, Restaurant Managers, Kithchen Managers & Front of the House Managers to "Coach" our team members! We want skilled Managers with these qualities:
Demonstrated success in the restaurant industry, with multi-faceted involvement in daily operations using problem solving and critical thinking skills
Must be knowledgeable of restaurant operations and oversee scheduling, organizing, financials, and control systems.
Coordinate training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, customer service satisfaction.
In-depth knowledge of culinary quality and health & safety standards.
Big-league people skills with strict attention to details and passion for guest needs.

Yearly Salary based on experience $32K to $60K
