Dental Office looking for a self-motivated front office person to help us grow our practice:
Position entails:
- checking patients in and out collecting balances due in a courteous manner
- maintaining a busy and productive schedule
- answering phones with enthusiasm
- insurance processing and reviewing benefits with patients
- billing patients with outstanding accounts
- properly scheduling patients according to office protocols
- interacting with team in a positive manner
- helping other team members as needed
Applicant should have experience with dental terminology and insurance coding. Our team is looking for a hard working individual to complement our front office team in both personality and work ethic. If you meet or exceed the above criteria, we would love to speak with you.
