-Highly skilled in assembling, modifying and repairing existent plumbing systems and tools.
-Well versed in installing pipes fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems of existent systems.
-Proficient in repairing a wide variety of existent plumbing.
-Profound knowledge of plumbing codes and trade practices.
General Maintenance work duties may be required depending on the average load of work orders.
Hours of duties are 8:00am to 4:00pm / flexible part-time/full time hours are available.
Rotating on call weekends are required
Compensation is bi-weekly/ 1099 or W-2
-Work independently, yet as a team member
-Walk or stand for long periods of times.
- Lift 50lbs
-Pass a background check
-Pass a drug test.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
