National Contractor currently seeking a Project Manager for our Charlotte, NC office! This position is a mix between an office and in field roll-THIS IS A NON-SALES POSITION. Project Managers primary responsibilities include job site inspections, communicating/meeting with ADHI crews to ensure completion of roofing, siding, and gutter work and ADHI processes, perform service calls as needed. Previous experience/knowledge in the construction industry is a huge plus. Previous Project Management or roofing industry experience HIGHLY PREFERRED.

Qualifications:
Previous experience/knowledge in the Roofing, Siding, and/or Gutter industry a PLUS, but not required
Prior Project Management experience a PLUS, but not required
Strong computer skills: MS Office, Email, Google
Previous experience negotiating and contracting with crews and pay
Ability to work with multiple groups to schedule work and trades accordingly
Detail orientated, and organization is a necessity
Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Duties:
Act as liaison between ADHI and Production Crews
Directly facilitate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of Production Crews
Work with local office Production Crews to assign and schedule jobs to be completed
Work with local townships and municipalities around building permits
Work with Regional and District members of the ADHI Production Team to meet build dates
Perform Services as needed
Pick up leftover materials on job sites as needed

Hours/Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 as possible; varied hours/Saturdays; Sundays as needed
Employee is considered on call for off hours in emergency situations and responsibilities required of their position
