NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Seeking the ideal female candidate to help me with my business. I am new to the Hickory area and as such will be basically starting from scratch with the same home remodeling business that I had in NY for 25 plus years. The focus of the work here will be to start with 2 homes recently purchased and go through the process of " fix & flip". So, if you are interested in all that goes along with finding, analyzing, buying, budgeting, estimating, contracting, designing, and actually renovating houses, this may be for you. My ideal candidate will be taught the" how to's" and allowed to develop her own way of organizing and accomplishing the tasks of researching, estimating , and coordinating. At first you make also have to help with some actual light duty labor associated with some aspects of construction.
