We’re looking for a results-driven sales SUPERSTAR to be the face of our customer contact. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to provide them with the highest quality at a fair price. We will train the right person to learn every facet of the business in time. This is a heavy workload enviornment that requires an aptitude to learn manage multiple tasks with a long term career in mind.
Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid facts regarding the quality of the product that we use and our unique method of doing business
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs and wants. We are not oversellers! If you are an in-your-face type of sales individual, this is not for you. We are seeking a hungry, driven hard-working individual looking to deliver quality service, all the time
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships- word of mouth is our biggest marketing tool, we use if often Read our reviews
Reach out to customer leads and assist with the entire design process of their investment.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Must play well with others
Desire and readiness to grow within the company, management roles- We are growing quickly… The ladder is easier to climb when you’re first in line
Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
Proven work experience as a sales representative not required- We are ready to train the right candidature
Decent knowledge of Computers
Highly motivated and target driven We care about our employees and offer a very competitive compensation package
