Looking for someone skilled in home maintenance repairs. Must have truck or van to transport materials.
I manage multiple mobile home parks in Conover and Claremont are the primary ones and also one in Lincolnton and Stanley, but primarily the work is in Conover.
Must be reliable, and a problem solver. Be experienced and work fairly quickly at the job. No drama - with tenants or other maintenance staff. Truck, van or SUV is preferable for when parts runs are needed. Some emergency calls required.
I have several vacant rental homes that need to be made rent ready and repairs at tenant occupied homes.
Home Repair maintenance tasks include:
Repairing soft spots in floors with plywood.
Install laminate flooring.
Carpentry, decks, remove and install doors
Basic plumbing repairs
Basic electrical, switches, lights, ceiling fans
Drywall repair, painting, kool seal roofs, or roof leak repairs
We pay for all parts and supplies while at Lowe's etc.
This job does allow flexibility in your schedule. Some like to start earlier and leave earlier, some like to start later and work later. I can work with certain days off as needed or for appointments. As long as the work gets accomplished there is a lot of freedom in this job. But also requires you to be a person of integrity since trust is given.

$16 per hour as a 1099 subcontractor so no taxes taken out of your checks.
Paychecks are mailed out on the 15th and 25th of each month to me and I hand out to each maintenance tech.
