Flexible team needed to fill in when other teams or drivers are off. The pay will vary based on the run you are filling in for. Miles range from 4300 to 7500 miles per week. There are currently 22 weeks of vacation that need covered and these are dedicated runs that pay great. You will have an assigned truck and not slip seat into the other teams trucks when they are off. When not filling in for other drivers there will be work available to you. There is a minimum pay guarantee of $1300.00 per week, per driver as long as you don't turn down work.

**COMPENSATION and BENEFITS**

Minimum Starting Pay $0.58 CPM to truck
Pay includes a safety incentive of $0.037 cpm

**REQUIRED**
Must be a minimum of 23 years of age
Doubles Endorsement Required however, doubles experience is not necessary.
Must have 12 FULL MONTHS of experience within the last 36 months or 5 years of experience in the last 10 years
If you are a recent graduate of an approved driving school and have at least six months OTR experience, you may qualify.
Must have clean MVR
Must pass thorough criminal background check
Must have complete and verifiable work and reference histories
