This is accomplished through proactive monitoring and thorough investigation and handling of any complaints that come in.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Identify and prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Work with functional counterparts to ensure regulatory compliance (Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing).

Monitor intake of customer complaints from PUCs and/or other regulatory bodies, BBB, utilities, and customer care, and ensure accurate documentation in Agiloft.

Interact with channel partners and channel partner managers to verify enrollments, investigate complaints, and ensure compliance with our standards and requirements.

Utilize corporate repositories and databases to extract information necessary for complaint investigations.

Utilize effective problem resolution techniques.

Analyze business system data to identify advanced patterns of suspicious activity and other issues that represent risk.

Recommend process and system improvements to reduce compliance risk and facilitate process efficiencies.

Serve as subject matter expert in several processes, systems, and market specific regulatory requirements.

Assist in report development regarding key compliance metrics within the case management system.

Utilize verbal and written skillset, for customer communications with regard to complaint investigation and resolution, as well as complaint responses.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Equivalent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Previous experience in audit, compliance, or consumer affairs a plus.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong investigative and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective communication with internal departments, channel partners and state agencies.
