When we say Infinite Possibilities, we mean it.Corrugator SupervisorRegion: Mid-AtlanticManson, NCJob Description:Background: Reporting to the Corrugator Department Manager, the Corrugator Supervisor supervises department operations to safely meet quality and productivity objectives. This requires both a focus on people leadership as well as full utilization of information, established reliable procedures and methods that impact the materials, machines, and people in the work area.Key Functions: Supervisor for the Corrugator leads safety process to sustain strong safety record. Lead process reliability efforts to ensure lowest cost, best quality, and greatest return on our assets. Responsible for continuous improvement in safety, housekeeping, waste reduction, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and cost. Actively involved in the development of his/her employees through training, coaching and regular performance evaluations and feedback.Requirements: 5 years minimum Supervisory experience on a modern corrugator. Must have track record of consistently demonstrating leadership skills as well as positive influence and accomplishments in safety, quality, productivity and people development. Successful experience in using reliable methods and processes related to corrugated manufacturing (preferably in a finishing/converting operation). Knowledge exposure to planning, quality, maintenance and project management expected. Demonstrated success in working with direct reports, peers, and other department employees including managers.
