Coaches improvement project team members on the improvement process and corresponding quality tools
Mentors project team members regarding Lean culture and infrastructure
Identifies and propagates Best Practices; evaluate solutions and implementation plans
Prepares and presents findings/proposals to senior leadership with recommendations, including cost benefit analysis, risk mitigation, and action plans
Leads and manages improvement projects as assigned
Analyzes processes to develop and implement best methods and practices in an office environment
Directs strategic projects and activities targeting the elimination of waste. Drives improvements in the flow of value-added operations and processes.
Responsible for working closely with business owners to achieve process performance standards and productivity targets, incorporating the Voice of the Customer.
Makes regular reports to management on improvement project progress, barriers and issues.
