Kelly Services is working with a Medical Device firm in Raleigh in need of a Regulatory Affairs Assistant for a one year project. This is an office based position and cannot be done remotely.POSITION SUMMARY :This entry level position supports the Latin America Regulatory Affairs group and is required to work effectively with cross-functional groups and global regulatory affairs contacts to maintain product clearances/approvals.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :Assist Regulatory Affairs function, through the following activities:

Data entry, remediation and maintenance of various regulatory databases

Understand regulatory processes, guidelines and guidance documents and what they mean to the organization.

Communicate with internal stakeholders.

Support Regulatory Affairs Specialists with gathering documentation from external stakeholders and any other administrative tasks

Interface with various departments to collect and organize required documentation materials.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s Degree on Science or any Health Science discipline.0-1 year of experience preferred.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

Advanced MS Excel software skills (data management and analysis, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, IF statements). REQUIRED

Computer / Technical (working knowledge with MS Outlook, Word, and Power Point) REQUIRED

Excellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED

Bilingual in Spanish PREFERRED

Ability to work in diverse environments REQUIRED
