Position Summary: IEM is looking for a Full Time- System Administrator to join the IT team. Primary Location: Hybrid Option Available
IEM Office Locations : Baton Rouge, LA or Morrisville, NC
Travel Requirements:
Occasionally up to 10% of the time
Essential Functions:
Maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, and other applications
Provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, administration, account management, and resolution of software and hardware issues
Manage disaster recovery practices for all environments
Develops new system designs
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills needed for interactions with external customers as needed
Positive and proactive approach in identifying problems, creating innovative solutions and managing projects
Perform other duties as assigned within the physical constraints of the job
Required Skills: A minimum of 5 years is required in the following areas:
Microsoft Windows Server administration
Microsoft 365 suite administration
Microsoft ADFS
Microsoft Active Directory administration experience
Microsoft server patching.
Disaster recovery planning and execution quarterly.
Extensive Email Security
The ability to work independently as well as collaborate within the IT Services team
A customer-oriented attitude and desire to help others on your team succeed
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills needed for interactions with external customers as needed
Personal and professional integrity which communicates a sense of mission, leadership, and ability to self-start
Committed to providing quality customer service to both internal and external clients
Ability to interact effectively, cooperatively and tactfully with C-Suite, business/industry, and government contractor support
Strong Data Center knowledge and experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in a technology discipline required
Microsoft 365
Minimum of 5+ years as a systems administrator
Possess or ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
