Landscape laborer and / crew leader needed. We are booked through the winter, and will not slow down for the foreseeable future. MUST have a valid drivers license and be able to show up everyday to shop location in Surf City at 7:00 am, within reason. Candidate will also need to be able to take direction well. Experience is great, but 100% not necessary. Candidate will need to be able to handle doing hard work in the heat and cold. This is a position with a 30 year old, well respected landscape design company, you will not just be cutting grass but will also be laying sod, helping with irrigation installing, spreading pine straw and planting plants and trees. Applicant must be willing to perform all aspects of the job. This is an opportunity to not only earn a very fair wage for your hard work, but also learn some very valuable skills. Advancement opportunities and raises are available and based on performance. If an applicant has experience running a tractor or backhoe, that is great, but again not necessary at all, it would just be a plus.
