Insurance office in Holly Ridge looking for an Administrative Assistant for part time office work - approx 25 hrs. per week.
Must be able to stay organized and have attention to detail.
Applicant will need to be able to complete mail merges, run reports, scan files, and follow office procedures.
In addition, the assistant will need to help facilitate and organize social media, by doing lite editing on video (camtasia), working with youtube, and keeping facebook postings up to date with content.
While the position is not a sales position, the administrative assistant will need to be comfortable answering phones and talking with both prospects and clients - gathering initial info and setting appointments for the agent (not cold calling). You'll be helping to provide both customer support to existing clients, and you'll be helping the agent set up new files for new incoming clients.
Familiarity with a mac is preferred. If you have experience using a CRM, this is also a plus.
