Scope of work: Interior Demo, Windows & Doors, Framing, Roofing, Carpentry, Cabinetry, Appliances, Electrical, Plumbing, Construction Work. WE NEED CREWS THAT SPECIALIZE IN NEW CONSTRUCTION AND REHABS!
Residential Homes Need to be Restored to Habitable State. Restoring home to functional state- running water, toilets and tanks, entry & exit standard door, bathroom door, operable window, functioning appliances and cabinetry, electricity and plumbing operable, roof leakage.
Extremely labors work! Must hit production quotas 4 MAN CREWS - Carpenter / Crew Leader: Handles paperwork and communication typically driver
Laborers/Crews consisting of the following skills - as required : (Roofers (3-tab shingle), Carpenters/ Framers, Plumbers, Electricians, Sheetrock crew, Painters, Demolition/ Debris Hauling, Quality Control Inspectors (some construction knowledge needed), HVAC, General Building Maintenance/ Handymen)
Must be available to work 8-12 hour shifts 7 days a week (if duty requires- this is not a definitive schedule)
The ability to complete tasks both under supervision and under self-direction
Must be punctual
Must possess transportation, truck or van
All positions are 1099 - Independent Contract Positions Only.
Proof of Licenses, Insurances Will Be Required
7AM - 5PM Available operating hours.
Maximum 45-50 Hours a Week - Anything beyond this has to have supervisor signature prior.
Mandatory 1 hour break a day for lunch
COMPENSATION SCHEDULE:
Payment shall be paid via payroll company bi-weekly
